What is a Soulmate or a Twinsoul?

Soulmate: A Soulmate is a partner for the soul at that particular time of your life. Since we all are made up from the same Essence, we are all Soulmates. Soulmates are not necessarily the opposite gender, since the identification is with some aspects of your soul that mirror image yours and have to work on or are perfecting together. The same might happen with a sexual partner or mate. The reason for Soulmate relationships is to get you ready for your Twinsoul relationship.
Twinsoul: A Twinsoul (also called Twin flames) are literally the other half of your soul - like souls who are twins and born from the same Spiritual Cell. Velia lies down and places quartz crystals on each one of her chakras (forehead, throat, heart, solar plexus, belly, and lower abdomen). For distant healing she uses a special doll/bear, which is used as a surrogate (in place of the patient).
She then protects herself and the patient (individual who requested the healing session) and calls in her Guides, Angels, Archangels, and Ascended Masters (Healing, Reiki and Violet Flame specialists). She works together with them and Archangel Michael, St. Germaine, Jesus and a long list of other Beings, along with her Twinsoul Stuart in Spirit.
Before she starts the session, she states her intention for the healing - what the patient is asking to be healed and also for whatever needs to be healed.
The session starts when she performs Reiki on each chakra of the patient (front and back) by placing her hands on the surrogate. The healing energy travels through her hands and into the patient.
During the session she will get Guide's messages about the origin of the illness/condition and what to do in order for the patient to heal. During the healing session she is aware of what organ or part of the body needs healing, along with emotions and or stressful situations or worries accumulated there.
When the patient is conscious (awake), he/she might experience a pleasant clam feeling and a sense of relaxation as the energies flow throughout his/her body. The patient might experience warm or cold energies, depending on what is needed. Love will be most likely felt.
When the patient is in deep disequilibrium energetically (out of balance) speaking, he/she will usually feel dizzy or have a sense of rotating. The sensation will pass either during the session or within 30 minutes after the healing session.
The healing energies might feel like running water or a gentle electrical current passing through the body. The patient might also experience odors and flavors associated with a particular situation. He/she will normally feel and recall issues, concerns and emotions and this may be emotional for the patient.
It is possible for the patient to have a crying spell when old energies are released or old memories surface. Old sores and pains might emerge and even situations that thought to be resolved might come up.
Regardless of what comes up during the healing session, the patient will feel taken care of and loved. At the end of the session the patient should feel lighter and much better.
The healing energies might keep on working for up to 3 weeks. During that time the patient should be aware that he/she may experience a mental/emotional purification (thoughts and emotions which were held and are being healed and released), in order to improve his/her life and complete his/her healing.
For a period of 1 to 3 weeks, the patient will normally undergo a physical purification. The patient might experience (depending on the intensity and of the old baggage carried along the past and present lives) a cleansing of the body in the form of flu-like symptoms: achy muscles, headache, sore throat, excessive mucus, coughing, constipation, diarrhea, bad odor of feces and urine, etc. All these conditions are the result of releasing toxins and pollutants from the body. Not all people experience this and you should not be expecting it at all, just be aware of how your body feels.
