Okay, it's not really anything like a free reading because you've already paid for the reading at some point and you either had left-over minutes from a reading that Wendy put into your "Credit Minutes" or you bought extra minutes on purpose so that you could use them whenever needed. (Many people purchase 30 or 60 minutes in advance so that they can get a reading whenever necessary and that way they don't have to worry about going through the payment process each time.)

To see how many Credit Minutes you have available for use, just login to your Oralin Account and click on the "Edit Profile" tab. Scroll down until you see the "Credit Minutes - Wendy" field.
Not at all. You can use all of the minutes or only a portion of the minutes available. It's up to you! You do need to let Wendy know how many minutes you want to use for your reading so you need to do one of two things...
1. Change the "Quantity" field on your Credit Minutes order to the number you want to use. It's automatically set to "1" so after submitting your question details and click on the "Add to Basket" button, click on "View Basket" and then change the Quantity to the number of minutes you want to use OR
2. Write how many Credit Minutes to use in the additional information box.
Click on the "Order Now" link below. Add your name, email address of where to send the reading, your question(s) in order of importance, and the number of Credit Minutes you want to use to the information box. Click the "Add to Basket" button.
If you did not add the number of minutes you wanted to use in the information box, click the "View Basket" button and change the "Quantity" to the number of minutes you want to use and hit "Update".
Click on the "Checkout" button. If you haven't already done so, you'll need to login to your account. If you don't have an account, you'll be asked to create one. If you have any questions, you can always contact us.
