Do you have to use the minutes purchased all at once?

Not at all. The minutes purchased can be used in bits and pieces or all at once and are available until you use them. Wendy simply deducts the time used from your total available minutes. Just order more minutes as you need them.

NO time limits! You don't have to use your minutes within a certain time period. This means that you can ask a question one day and wait 3 months to submit the next one if necessary. Wendy is there when you need her.

If Wendy decides not to offer the service anymore, you'll be notified and given 3 months in which to use whatever minutes you still have available. There are currently no plans to remove this service.

How do you know how many minutes you have available?

Simply log in to your account and click on the "Edit Profile" tab. Scroll down until you see the field "Mentoring Minutes Available".

How does Wendy determine the minutes used?

Mentoring by Email - The time starts when Wendy starts to read your ticket or email and ends when she finishes responding to you (rounded up to the next minute). Reading a ticket usually doesn't take that long as Wendy is a fast reader. :-)

Mentoring by Facebook Private Message - The time starts when Wendy starts to read your message and ends when she finishes responding to you (rounded up to the next minute). If you want to chat using private messaging, it's best to make an appointment to ensure she's online.

Mentoring by Phone (Canada/USA) - The time starts when Wendy answers the phone and ends when she hangs up (rounded up to the next minute).

When should you expect a response from Wendy?

Mentoring by Support Ticket or Email - You should get a response within 1 business day - Monday through Friday. If Wendy has the time, she checks for tickets on the weekend as well.

Mentoring by Facebook Private Message - If you make an appointment, your answers are given "real time" in chat mode. If an appointment is not made, it could take a couple of days for a response depending on when Wendy sees the request. It is best to make an appointment. 

Mentoring by Phone (Canada/USA) - It's recommended that you book an appointment to chat with Wendy however, you can phone to see if she is available. If the answering machine picks up, try again later or leave a message (include your name and phone number) and Wendy will call you back within 1 business day. If the phone continues to ring and the machine does not pick up, it means Wendy is speaking with another client so try again later.

Can you submit a question as soon as you complete your purchase?

Sure! That's not a problem. Once you've paid, you can submit your question and Wendy will get back to you. You don't have to wait for Wendy to let you know she's added the time to your account.

What if Wendy can't answer your question?

Wendy doesn't claim to "know it all", but she has a lot of experience and/or knowledge that she's gathered over the years. If she doesn't have an answer or any suggestions in response to your question, she won't deduct that response time from your minutes. She'll only suggest what she knows to be true from her own experiences.

She can't guarantee that any suggestion she gives you is going to work as your path is unique and it depends on what you are meant to accomplish in this lifetime. She will however, pass on any knowledge that she has relating to your question/situation and even give reasons why a recommendation doesn't work for you if she can.

How do you submit a ticket?

It's super easy to submit a ticket. Just log in to your Oralin account and click the "Helpdesk" link under the Support tab. Then click on the "Submit new Ticket" button. Enter your details and click the "Save" button. This submits your ticket. Instructions on how to submit a question/comment are also sent to you once payment is complete. You  can submit a ticket 24 hours a day.

You can also try to contact her by Facebook Private Messaging 24 hours a day. Phone contact should be limited to between the hours of 10 am to 5 pm EST.

What about just sending an email?

Yep, you can do that as well! The downside to sending an email is that there is the chance that it gets lost in cyberspace and you have to keep all the communication if you want a record of what was sent/received. You can also just use our Contact Form - that works too!

What about instant communication or chat?

While Wendy recommends you book an appointment to ensure she is available, you can certainly try your luck and contact her using Facebook Private Messaging or by phoning her.

You can also try phoning her between the hours of 10 am to 5 pm EST. If you are local to her or have a plan that includes Canada, use 519-415-5511 (use this if possible as it helps keeps her prices low). No plan? Use the toll-free number 1-877-415-5511. You can leave a message if she doesn't answer - speak clearly and leave your number and name. Say it twice please because Wendy finds that many cell phone connections are hard to understand if the connection is not great. If the phone rings and the machine does not pick up, it means she on the line with another client and you should try again later or use the other methods to contact her.
