In your mind, see yourself walking along a sandy beach. The sun is shining and it is a beautiful day. The water is calm. Can you see this in your mind. Describe what you are seeing and experiencing in the form below.

Part II:

Once you have written that down, go back into the daydream. As you walk along, look down. You are going to find something. Describe in detail what you find in the form below.

Part III:

Go back into the daydream. As you are walking along, you meet someone and they have a message for you. Describe in detail who you met and what message they had for you.
