What types of readings do you offer?

We offer 2 types of psychic readings:

• Quickie
• 5 Minute

The Quickie is 2 minutes in length and the average number of words in the reading is about 80.

The 5 Minute reading has an average of approximately 200 words.

The number of words in the psychic reading depends on what information comes through and how easy it is to tune-in to a person's energy.

We also offer specials and those may or may not follow the Quickie or 5 Minute format. What is offered is detailed in the description.

The following psychic reading shows you how much information you can expect to receive for the average Quickie or 5 Minute Psychic Reading.

The first section in blue is the amount of information that will come through in an average Quickie psychic reading. The first section in blue PLUS the second section in red is the amount of information that will come through in an average 5 Minute psychic reading..

Start of Average Quickie and 5 Minute Reading
The Spirit Guides are showing you carrying many burdens on your shoulders and on your back. These burdens are also trailing on the ground behind you. They are slowing you down soooo much. You tend to carry these burdens with you everywhere you go. These are not burdens that you must carry. You consciously choose to take on other people's problems and other people's issues and make them part of your own which is not healthy for you.

The Spirit Guides are telling us that by doing this you are actually running away from your own life. As you take on other people's lives, you have no time for your own life. If you want your own life, you must give back to the people the burdens that you have taken them from. This is all part of your lesson in self-love and learning to build your self-esteem. The guides are showing you in front of two mirrors. You are looking in front of the first mirror and you are this tiny, little, insignificant Being. As you travel away from that mirror and walk closer to the the second mirror there are people lined up.

I just ordered my reading...what happens now?

Once you order your reading, a copy of your order is sent to us. We read the order and make sure it is complete. Orders are processed several times a day but may not be processed real-time (at the moment you send it in). There may be a time lapse between the time you submit your reading and the time we process it - it is a manual process done by real people.

If we require more information from you, you will be contacted. If we have all the information that is required, the reading is forwarded to the Psychics. It will be added to the Session Queue at the next update.

When the psychic reading is completed, it is then forwarded to you by email.

What is the Session Queue?

The Session Queue is where we keep track of all orders. Readings are completed on a first-in, first-out basis. Your order will be listed by its Order Number. You can access this queue by clicking here or clicking on the link found on every page of the site at the top of the left hand navigation bar.

The Session Queue consists of several areas:

• The first area lists all Psychic Readings to be done by Wendy Kay and Esmeralda.
• The second area (if applicable) lists all specials that are sent over a period of time.
• The next area lists all clients signed up for the Daily Aura Cleansing & Protection and includes the end-date of the service.
• The next area lists any clients that are having the initial Home or Work Cleansing & Protection done.
• The next area lists all clients signed up for the Daily Home or Work Cleansing & Protection and includes the end-date of the service.
• And finally, the last list details courses that have been ordered and when they were shipped out.

When the reading has been sent to you, your Order Number is moved to the "Date Sent" list and is kept listed for about 10 days after which time it is removed.

When can I expect to get my reading?

You should receive your reading within 48 hours of when your order is in the first position of the Session Queue. Many readings are completed within 12 hours and some within a few hours.

Wendy and Esmeralda try to do at least one hour of psychic readings per day but it depends on their energy and their schedules. Readings may or may not be done on the weekend. That time is left available for "family time" but if there is time, they will do some. Doing a reading takes energy and concentration so if they have had a tough day, they may have to wait until their energy is stronger to complete the reading. That is why we allow for a 48 hour turnaround. We want the information that you receive to be as accurate as possible. Rushing the reading may not ensure a quality reading.

My order number is not in the queue but I have not receive my reading...what do I do?

If your order number has left the "To Do" List and is not found in the "Sent" List and you have not received your reading, check your spam folder or deleted folder. Make sure that a program that you have running or your email software is not blocking us from getting through.

We have had problems sending readings to hotmail, aol and yahoo accounts. Normally, adding our email address service@oralin.com to your safe list will eliminate the problem. On the odd occasion, you may have to give us a different email address to use.

If you still can't find the reading, contact us by clicking here or clicking on the Contact Us link found at the top of the page. Let us know that you have not received your reading and be sure to quote your order number.

If we have trouble sending you any email (not just the reading), check the Contact Us page (the link is found at the top of every page) as we will list your name under the People we are having trouble sending emails to: area. You may need to use another email address.

I just ordered my reading but it is not in the Session Queue yet....what do I do?

Updating the Session Queues is a manual process. We try to update the queue in the morning and in the evening. Sometimes it is only updated once a day. Allow until the next night and by that time your reading request should be listed. Sometimes, if the Psychic is very fast in getting the reading back to us, your order may not even have a chance to get listed.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on our readings. All sales are final. Although most people find a lot of guidance and information in the readings, they are meant for entertainment purposes only and are not a replacement for medical or therapeutic help.

In addition, much of what comes through in a reading may not manifest for some time so you may not see the value in the information until the events takes place. It may appear as though the information was not correct but it just takes time for it to become apparent to you.

What currency will I be billed in on my credit card or through Paypal?

All products and services are priced in Canadian (CDN) dollars.

Why is the price higher in my Shopping Cart than what is quoted next to the reading?

Once an item goes into the Shopping Cart, it will have 5% GST (Canadian Services Tax) added to it. For example, if you order a $10.00 Psychic Reading, the price will show up as $10.50 on your Shopping Cart form ($10.00 plus $0.50 GST).

Can I pay by Check or Money Order?

We accept Canadian Cheques and US Checks. No exchange is given on US Checks. Readings are completed once the Cheque/Check has cleared the bank which is normally 10 business days.

We accept Canadian Money Orders and US Money Orders. No exchange is given on US Money Orders. Readings are completed as soon as payment is received.

Please make sure that if you are sending a Canadian Money Order from the USA that you use the International Money Order. You can send a Canadian Money Order for the total of the order or you can send a US Money Order for the total of the order. Do not send a US Money Order where you have converted the US funds to CDN dollars.

Can I pay by by Credit Card by mail?

Yes. There is a link at the top of each page titled Order by Mail. Simply print and fill out the form and mail it to us. We will process your credit card manually on this end.

Which energy service is best for me to order?

It depends on what you want to be accomplished. Below is a table of the basic benefits and features of each type of service. A Home Cleansing & Protection is recommended for everyone - especially if the home has never been cleansed before or if others have lived in the space before.

Energy cleansing & protections are not allowed for everyone. If someone needs to feel what they are feeling, the energy service may not be allowed. Follow your intuition. If you are not sure which service is best for you, Esmeralda offers a specialty reading where you can ask what benefits you will receive from each service.

How quickly will I see or feel results?

For the Aura Cleansing & Protection and the Home or Work Energy Cleansing & Protection, how quickly you see or feel results usually depends on how sensitive you are to the energies. If you are very sensitive to the energies, you will probably notice any differences as soon as the service is first done. If you are not very sensitive to the energies, you may not feel or sense anything however you may notice differences in the way people around you interact with you and with each other.

For Energy Healings, it will depend on what issues you have. Sessions are 4 weeks to give you time to notice changes in the way you are thinking or feeling. Sometimes, there is an immediate change in something - physical ailments may improve or disappear. Changes in thoughts and behaviours usually take longer to resolve. Each person's results will be different. Each person gets what they need and what they are ready to handle.
