Metaphysical Misty

The Tower may have began my uphill battle, but it did not cause me to enter that "dark" period of my life. It also DID NOT cause the amount of time that I spent in that "dark" period! Sure I blamed it's influence for what I went through … but eventually I HAD to realize that the Tower was NOT the cause...I was!

Even though the Tower's influence can feel VERY uncomfortable, it's purpose is to clear out the negative vibrations in your life in order to make room for NEW, POSITIVE influences. It's purpose is NOT to keep you rolling in the aftermath of these negative influences! That was MY choice … even if I didn't realize it at the time.

It took me a long time to realize that I was clinging to the old negative vibrations in my life. My refusal to let them go is what kept me bound to the "dark" phase. Unfortunately, and for whatever reason, I felt more comfortable with what I knew...pain and all...than releasing all of that and moving forward into a better phase of my life! It sounds crazy, doesn't it?

Crazy, yes...but also very common! In all my years of doing readings for others, I found that I was not alone. It's amazing just HOW MANY of us cling to the past, refusing to let go of things that no longer serve us or our advancement! We waste so much valuable time...time that we cannot get back in this lifetime!

What we don't realize is that when we continue to cling to the past, God/The Universe continues to send the Tower's influence trying to help us to move forward!

In my case, I would release some, but not all of the past, so I WOULD move forward a little bit, but not as far or as fast as I COULD have. As I released a little bit of the past, an opportunity would come up for new and better vibrations, but I would soon find myself in what SHOULD have been a different situation, but surrounded by a lot of the same negative occurrences. The Tower would then present itself into my life to try and force the changes I needed AGAIN!

In fact, when I started writing this article I imagined the ending would be VERY DIFFERENT than the ending that I am now writing. You see, I had moved forward once again and was in a very happy place...

I am living back in the home I grew up in. My home has been completely remodeled and is beautiful. It is filled with wonderful memories of my childhood and I am once again surrounded by all my friends. It's located in a small town that is filled with wonderful, friendly people. It is a wonderful place for exploring your spiritual side because of the quiet and serenity that surrounds it. I am no longer surrounded by the oppressing problems that I was before I moved here. Yes, life was looking GOOD!

I now find myself presented with new similar problems! It is a lot better than before … or maybe I just have a better attitude and ability to handle this new set of problems. I am in a MUCH better place than I was during my "dark" phase of life, so I KNOW I have made advancements. The real question is, have I released the past enough to move completely forward? I guess time and the TOWER will tell ...
