Energy

Today, I will surround myself in energy that is beneficial to my growth and spiritual well-being.

I will ask a Higher Power Filled with Light and Love to send me the energy that I need to feel better.

I will see that energy coming in through the top of my head and filling me all the way down to the tips of my toes and then I will watch the energy form a bubble around my entire body.

I will understand that this energy will help me throughout the day.

I will notice the colour of the energy as well for that will tell me a lot about what I need in my life.
