Clicking on the "Order Now" link from the drop down menu at the top of the page or clicking on the "Order Now" link on the information page for any service takes you to the Oralin Store.
Follow the Step-by-Step instructions for the service you want to purchase. Basically, you'll need to enter who the order is for and the email address of where to send the order. There might be other info to add, but that's detailed in the instructions. When you've entered all of your information, click the "Add to Cart" button. Don't use special characters such as the short form for "and" (&) or you'll get an error message.
If you need to adjust the Quantity ordered, click on the "View Basket" button. Change the quantity and hit the "Update" button so the change is reflected. Continue shopping until you are ready to make your payment. Click the "Checkout" button. If you already have an account, click the "login" link and enter your login information. If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one.
When you get an Energy Drawing from Elaine, there is also the option of getting an "Interpretation Reading" from Wendy. That reading must be done at the same time (or within a day or two) of ordering the drawing. If you decide to order an interpretation at a later date, you'll discover that your order won't be allowed. You'll need to use the Contact Form to ask us to set it up to allow for your order. It's possible and just takes that extra step.
To pay online, we accept Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express) or Paypal. The credit card payments are put through the Paypal system, but you don't need to have a Paypal account to use your credit card.
To pay using a credit card instead of a Paypal account, watch the short video that appears after clicking the "Checkout" button. It shows that you need to select the Credit Card or Paypal. Then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Next, click on the "Don't Have a Paypal Account?" link. Fill in the form and complete your payment.
Each Reader/Energy Artist sets his or her own schedule. The expected turnaround time is detailed on the individual Reader/Energy Artist's information page.
When an order is received, it is manually added within a day or two to the Order Queue for the Reader/Energy Artist. This doesn't prevent the order from being sent to the Reader/Energy Artist. So you could actually receive your reading before the Queue is updated.
The Order Queue shows your invoice number, a description of the service ordered, your initials, the date posted and the date completed.
If there is a problem sending your reading (like it bounced backed or was rejected by your server) it will be detailed in the Order Queue next to your Order Number.
Orders are sent to the email address given and if you don't give an email address, the order is sent to the email address of the account that ordered it.
If there is a problem sending your order, we'll put a note next to your order in the queue and create a Support Ticket, which generates an email notification to the email address of the order account.
If the Queue shows that your order has been sent, but you have not received it, please contact us and we will look into the issue. It is also a good idea to supply us with an alternate email address in case we run into problems sending it to your primary email. Certain email providers (such as hotmail, yahoo, comcast, aol etc.) may block our emails.
Spirit Guides generally do not give specific timelines - not because they can't, but because you might change how you live your life if they told you the exact timeline. So if you were told that you would meet your Soulmate in 7 months, you might not date anyone else in that time because you might wait until the date given.
Also, you might not be able to cope with the answer. For example, if you asked, "When will I meet my Soulmate?" and the answer was "in 15 years" - you would probably have a heart attack, so the Spirit Guides would not give you that answer. The Spirit Guides would give a general answer to keep you motivated and on your path.
To get a more accurate timeline ask, "What event is going to happen just prior to...". This way, you'll get a description of the event that is going to take place just prior to the actual date. Until that time, you should live in the moment and one day at a time.
Never base your decisions on what is told to you in a reading. Always trust and follow your intuition. It is not unusual to be told something that will occur many years down the road so don't try and make the events happen. They will happen on their own as you live your life.
Absolutely. When you are in the Store, after you have added one service/product to your order, hit the "continue shopping" button and continue browsing the site. Add as many items as you want to your order. This prevents you from having to enter your payment information multiple times.

Keep in mind that it is not unusual for the information that comes through in a reading to not make sense at the time (maybe due to interpretation or for other reasons) or for things to manifest years down the road. The information is accurate, but you just can't see the result yet. Free will can also play a role in your reading so that might alter your reading somewhat depending on the decisions you make.
It's important that you always follow your own intuition regardless of what a reading reveals. Readings are complicated and the best guidance is always your own intuition.
