Blessing to be a Stone

I woke up and my mind started filling up with the worries of the day so I asked for means to put these thoughts away and give me a restful sleep. The following happened after this request:

I saw a large stone in the shape of a big stone ring. The ring was standing "on end" on a kind of a foundation. The stone was porous and grey, like lava rock and measured approximately twelve feet in diameter. The stone was located on a slightly sloped ground, covered with grass and smaller rocks.

Until this time I looked at the stone, but then I became the stone ring; I had the consciousness of this stone ring and had the awareness of being the only large stone on this planet. No animals and humans lived here. It was very quiet, serene and I felt very happy being this stone. There was a feeling of being eternal, no stress at all. What a blessing to be a stone!
