Jocelyn

This is a long story....my experiences have grown from my daughters..thanks for listening.

Jocelyn is my 17 (18 July 6th) year old daughter. Her gift manifested at 15 in a big way and I had to learn fast in order to understand and help her. I was fortunate enough to know a lady whom was a psychic I trusted (didn't know too many personally at the time...lol). She met with Jocelyn and I and they talked and she helped explain what what happening, her experiences. Helped her become a bit more at ease at seeing "spirits" all the time especially at school in large numbers.

The lady had said that because Jocelyn's aura was so bright they were attracted to her and also because they knew that she could see them. Some would speak to her, some just stand by her and watch her.

She met her Guide soon after "Brian" who appeared to her as a 20 year old dressed in plain clothes. She could call on him anytime she needed him and he would come to her, or he would appear if he knew she needed him. He would also show her messages in dreams, in order for her to pay attention to the dream, interpret the message and act accordingly. She helped with information searching for a missing child.

Through Brian she was able to give the location of a man who'd drowned near here while fishing with his father, because the lake was very cold and dark/filled with debris, etc. the diver's could not locate his body. The father couldn't bring himself to leave that lake until his son was found. Jocelyn was able to tell me through Brian exactly where the man's body was...the diver's located him at that spot, but were unable to get him out. Brian had told her it would be 7 days, weeks or months before they'd find him because the lake was ready to freeze for winter...it was exactly 7 months after that information was given he was found...his body had become loose when the ice thawed and the water began to flow again.

She learned that she could channel and did so for her cousin who's father had died in an accident at age 34, their grandfather who passed the same year, and a boyfriend who'd died in an accident for the girlfriend. She was able to tell her many things that haunted the girlfriend and the answers put her at ease and helped her heal.

Jocelyn being 15 became very overwhelmed, and petrified that all the other high school kids would find out about her gift and she'd be treated differently...hard enough being a teen. She spoke with her guide about this and said she couldn't handle it, did not want it to be this way and for him to take it away. He stayed with her for awhile afterwards, this she enjoyed and she trusted him, but soon left telling her that she would not see spirits or him again until she was ready. She totally blocked it out, never spoke of it again.

She joined a Christian youth group/the majority of whom do not believe in this gift at all. At first I was a little concerned about the conflict in what she'd been through and how they'd viewed it. When she first joined the Youth Leader, I guess, in a way humored her by listening and telling her that it was not a "bad" thing to see spirits...that they weren't all bad. Then she came home a few weeks later and told me that He had told her the exact opposite...that Any Spirit she would see was Evil...I tried to show her that this wasn't so and asked her "what about your guide...he never ever said or showed you anything Evil...he was the one who encouraged you to go to the Youth Group when you asked for your gift to be taken away/blocked...that if he was Evil he never would have told you to go to a Church Group". The leader's explanation to her for this was that even if the Spirit seemed friendly, nice, didn't tell her to do bad things, etc...that it was!

Trying to trick her by appearing to be like an Angel/Good. Her being so overwhelmed at the time, gladly accepted his explanation and used it to help her block her Gift and put it out of her mind. She naturally didn't speak of it and put it out of her mind. She's been attending this youth group for 2 years now, is a volunteer staff and spends every Tuesday at bible study, Friday and Saturday Nights at the Centre for youths.

The people I asked about this for advice said that it was right for her to block it if she couldn't handle it, which I believed also. And a few explained that this was probably part of a Learning Process for her...her being led to the Christian Youth Group to learn their Religion and to see the difference between Religions, beliefs, etc. That her gift would come back in a couple of years when she matured which is about now.

The reason I'm asking for Advice and Insight is that I have noticed over the last few months that she has changed. I'm seeing in her demeanor the same things I did when her Gift manifested 2 years ago. She is very quiet, becomes withdrawn, sleeps a lot, often has a blank look on her face, sometimes even has a grey palor. For example, for 2 years she was very outgoing, busy always socializing and hanging out with her friends. But in the past few months she is increasingly spending more time at home, very quiet, sleeping a lot, and will even tell me to tell anyone that calls for her that she is Sleeping because she doesn't want to go out and doesn't really lnow what excuse to give them.

She's becoming more withdrawn all the time, again her biggest fear is "Anyone knowing she is Psychic". She know's that I spend a lot of time in these sites so know I know for sure. But I'm not sure what to do about it, or more so how to handle it. I'm going to have to ask her about it, but I don't want her to think that I'm pushing her in anyway. I have the feeling also that she thinks the more she talks about it the more will come back to her. She's trying to live in denial.

But I have to do something soon, because something has got to give. She can't keep this building inside and continue to withdraw. Staying home from school,in the last 2 years she's hardly missed any school but lately she's been saying she is sick and wants to stay home. She'll sleep most of the day. All this has transpired over the past 2 months/now she has doesn't herself from the youth group/obviously doesn't wish to go.

For myself over the past 2 years since her gift manifested I have learned very much about myself, and am an intuitive, and give dream interpretations and I love doing this. Seems the more I do the more I learn from others. Spirituality has made a huge difference in my life. Thanks for listening. peace/love/light/classic one
