A Bit About...
This exercise will take about thirty to forty-five minutes; I have found it to be very useful.
This important exercise is designed to accomplish two important objectives, they are:
- To completely introduce you to the alpha relaxation brain wave state, where you learn and retain most information.
- To install positive information and replace negative thoughts and influences with positive agreeable ones.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Everything we know and do can be traced from programming. It starts before birth as karma and dharma once we take our first breath and then feeling, taste, sound, temperature, and sight stake into shape our behavior and thought patterns.
Our parents, the environment we are raised in, siblings, neighbors, teachers, friends, enemies, and religious leaders make their contribution to our mental state and programming. Only when we begin to read, study, watch television, movies, plays and each other do we cooperate with the programming. Our interactions with each circle of influence speak to us of this programming. Whether your aim in completing this exercise is to
successfully reprogram your mind reach a deeper kinship with who and what you have become, or to support someone who wishes to, this guide will be very helpful.
If you are a true spiritual scientist then I expect you to test. It is important to be aware, skeptical and watchful throughout this exercise. Notice if you can see any fundamental changes or improvements in the development or opening of growth of character, positive experience with others, confidence, self-esteem, prosperity and success rate. It is slow at the start in its effects but subtle changes will help you to successfully mature in ways you have never expected.
