Fun Excercise - Spot the Aura

Practice, Practice, Practice...

This is a fun exercise that can be done during a meditation group (as a "practice" element) or anytime you are sitting around looking for something interesting to do.

It always helps to say a prayer before ANY energy work as it automatically helps to raise your vibration which makes "seeing" on an etheric level easier. A simple prayer for protection will suffice.

There needs to be at least 2 people participating in this experiment. One of you should stand against a wall. A white wall is ideal however, use what you have but understand that the results may not be as good.

Now, imagine pushing your energy into the wall behind you. Sometimes it is easier if you actually push yourself against the wall. The key is too "see" and "feel" your energy sticking to the wall.

Once you feel you've got a good imprint of your energy or aura on the wall, quickly move out of the way. The other people who are staring at the wall should be able to see an outline of your entire energy. Sometimes, the image will last for quite a while.

Take turns trying to see each other's energy.
