A Bit About...
You can help to heal yourself. All dis-eases begin in the non-physical realm. Many have to do with attitudes, lessons being learned, or karma.
This is a simple, yet effective meditation that you can use to help heal yourself or a friend. The healing will effect the person on a physical, mental, emotional and/or spiritual level and takes only minutes.
This is not a replacement for traditional medicine, but rather a complement to it.
If you are doing the meditation in an effort to try and help another person and are having difficulty sending the healing or getting the picture in your mind, understand that a healing may not be possible at this time, but a prayer for the person is
always allowed.
