If you join Oralin to provide your reading services, you will be known as a "Contract Reader". As a Contract Reader, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Contract Reader agrees to adhere to the following Ethical Readers Standards as follows:
   • The Contract Reader will first and foremost take into consideration the well-being of the person being read including his or her physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state.
   • The Contract Reader will not say things to purposely frighten the person being read.
   • The Contract Reader will not take advantage of the person being read in any manner.
   • If something needs to be said to the person being read that can be considered negative in nature, the Contract Reader will use compassion and tact in relating the information.
   • The Contract Reader will not advocate racism, hatred or violence of any type.
   • The Contract Reader will always encourage the person being read to use free will on his or her life path when making decisions or in daily living.
   • The Contract Reader will not at any time tell a person to give up, or give away any material goods (jewelry, clothes, money etc.).
   • The Reader will not at any time tell a person that he or she has been cursed and that the Contract Reader can "fix" or "remove" the curse.
   • The Contract Reader will not claim to be able to "make" something happen for the person being read in exchange for material or spiritual wealth (make someone love someone else, make a job come true etc.)
   • The Contract Reader will not tell the person being read that they must come back for more readings.
   • The Contract Reader promises to keep all information that is given to him or her about a client or that comes through in the reading private and confidential.
2. The Contract Reader confirms that he or she is 18 years of age or older and that he or she is legally entitled to offer these services.
3. The Contract Reader agrees to use the required Projjex software needed to complete any readings or communications.
4. The Contract Reader will detail the days that readings will be completed and the Contract Reader agrees to check for new orders in the Projjex software on those days.
5. The Contract Reader agrees to complete the reading in a timely manner as defined by the Contract Reader's Turnaround Time detailed on the Contract Reader's web page.
6. Upon receiving a reading on a day that is defined as a Contract Reader "Days Readings are Done", the Contract Reader agrees to acknowledge the order in the Projjex software by changing the "Sent" tag to "Rec" (Received).
7. An order may be removed or given to another Contract Reader and no money will be paid to the Contract Reader if the "Sent" tag is not changed to "Rec" by the end of the next defined "Days Readings are Done" day regardless of whether the reading is completed or not.
8. If the original Contract Reader does not complete a reading in a timely manner as defined on the original Contract Reader's Oralin web page, the reading may be given to another Contract Reader to complete. The original Contract Reader will forfeit compensation from that reading regardless of whether the reading has been completed or not and regardless of the reason that the reading was not completed in a timely manner.
9. If more than one reading is not completed in a timely manner as detailed on the Contract Readers Oralin web page, the Contract Reader may be removed from the site without notice.
10. Oralin does not guarantee the number of readings that will be requested of the Contract Reader.
11. The Contract Reader agrees to provide Oralin with all necessary information to set up the web pages. The Contract Reader confirms that all information given will be accurate. In addition, all information will be given in a format that can be copied or cut and pasted into the web pages.
12. Any written information or images used to advertise the Contract Reader remains the property of Oralin.
13. The Contract Reader agrees to provide a special service offering for OCC Members.
14. The Contract Readers agrees to all Terms and Conditions as detailed under the Payment/Fees Terms and Conditions section.
15. The Reader agrees that while you are an Contract Reader for Oralin and for a period of six (6) months thereafter, you will not, without our prior written consent, except for the purpose of performing your duties for Oralin, either directly or indirectly approach, entice, solicit, encourage or take any other action which is intended to induce a Oralin Customer to stop accepting services from Oralin and to start obtaining services of a competitive nature to those of Oralin from any other person firm or corporation, regardless of your interest in such competitive enterprise.
16. The Contract Reader may terminate his or her services at any time prior to the end of any 4 week period. The 35% commission on total sales with a $25.00 minimum commission to Oralin must be paid for the 4 week period in which the notice was given. All outstanding readings that come in prior to the Contract Reader's web page being taken down must be completed in a timely manner.
17. Oralin may terminate the Contract Reader's services at any time without notice and for any reason.
18. The Contract Reader will treat all information concerning Oralin as strictly confidential.
19. The terms and conditions of the Contract Reader Terms and Conditions agreement may change without notice.

Payment/Fees Terms and Conditions

1. Upon joining, the Contract Reader agrees to pay a set-up fee of $49.95 plus GST CDN. If the Contract Reader changes his or her mind and no longer wishes to provide services for Oralin once payment has been made, no refunds will be given.
2. Oralin retains the right to refuse any person applying to be a Contract Reader without justification. In this case, the set-up fee will be fully refunded.
3. Compensation for being listed on Oralin is as follows:
   • Paid to Oralin - 35% of the total of all readings the Contract Reader completes (not including GST) during the 4 week period with a minimum of $25.00.
   If 35% of the total of readings throughout the 4 weeks does not amount to $25.00, the Contract Reader agrees to pay Oralin the difference. This means that if the Contract Reader does not get any readings in the 4 week period, the Contract Reader will pay Oralin $25.00.
4. Once the initial set-up has been approved by the Contract Reader, he or she agrees to pay for any changes or updates to his or her web page that he or she requests at a rate of $10.00 per 15 minutes or part thereof.
5. The Contract Reader may choose to have a Reading Queue maintained at a rate of $10.00 per 4 week period.
6. The Contract Reader may choose to be listed under more than one Directory in the Directory of Readings pages. Each additional listing is $5.00 per 4 week period.
7. The Contract Reader may offer customers Refunds. If the Contract Reader chooses to offer Refunds and a Refund is requested, the Contract Reader agrees to pay for the full amount of the refund and in addition, there will be a $5.00 CDN fee for each refund issued.
8. Payment to the Contract Reader is made in Canadian funds. The Contract Reader may receive payment through either a Paypal business account or by cheque. If the Contract Reader chooses to be paid by cheque, the cheque will be a Canadian cheque and there will be a $3.00 processing fee.
9. If a customer refuses to pay their credit card invoice through Merchant Services, the Contract Reader agrees to pay back any money for the services that were already rendered regardless of the amount of time that has passed and as long as the Contract Reader is still listed on Oralin as a Contract Reader.
10. The Contract Reader agrees to adhere to the required Invoice format. Any invoice that does not have all of the required information will be returned and payment will not be issued until all of the required information is included.
11. Invoices must include the following information:
    • The Contract Reader's first and last name.
    • The Contract Reader's completed mailing address.
    • The Contract Reader's contact phone number.
    • The payment period that is covered in the invoice.
    • The date that the invoice is sent.
    • If payment is being done by Paypal, the email address to be used to submit payment.
    • A list of Shopper Id's included in the amount of the total owing.
    • The total amount of all orders completed.
    • The commission portion owed to Oralin (35% of the total of all orders with a minimum of $25.00)
    • The commission portion owing to the Contract Reader

    Invoices may be sent in Excel, Word, a Text File or in an email (as long as we can open it and read it).
12. The commission to Oralin will be deducted from the total amount of the readings completed for the pay period being invoiced. The Contract Reader will then be paid the balance or will be required to make payment to Oralin if the commission to Oralin does not total $25.00.
13. The Contract Reader may submit an invoice that contains all readings completed during a particular pay period as per the Payment Schedule.
14. The Payment Schedule will be sent to the Contract Reader once the web page is up and running. Payments are made every two and/or four weeks depending on the number of readings completed.
15. Any discrepancies between the Reader's Invoice and Oralin's records must be resolved before payment is issued and that may affect the Payment Schedule.
16. As this is a contract position, there is no compensation for vacation or sick days taken by the Contract Reader.
17. Oralin is to be notified of any time when the Contract Reader cannot do readings if it affects the Contract Readers turnaround time (the time promised to have a reading completed that is detailed on the Contract Reader's web page). The Contract Reader agrees to pay any fees that may be charged based on normal page update rates for updating the web page.
18. If the Contract Reader chooses to terminate the agreement and be removed from the site, a final invoice must be issued within 30 days after such notice. If an invoice is not received by Oralin within the 30 days, the Reader forfeits any monies owing.
19. The terms and conditions of the Payment/Fees Terms and Conditions may change without notice.
