Payment will be made within 8 days from Payment
Period End-Date. |

Your 4 week
Contract Reader period starts on one of the "Start Dates". Only
issue an invoice for the first two weeks of your 4 weeks if the Oralin
commission is over $25.00 (ie. 35% of your total sales is over $25.00). |

If the Oralin
commission is not over $25.00, wait for your 4 weeks to be completed before
issuing an invoice. |
|
| |
If
after 4 weeks, the Oralin commission is still not $25.00 - you do not need to
issue an invoice - Oralin will be sending you an email which will inlcude the
link to the payment page where you will be able to submit what is owing to
Oralin. |
