If you have not received your reading and think that you should have, please do the following:

1. Check the Reading Queues to see if your Shopping ID is still in the "To Do" List. If it is, it has not yet been completed and sent.
2. If it is not listed in the "To Do" List, check the Reading Queues to see if your reading has already been sent. Readings that have been sent are listed below the "To Do" List in the "Sent" List. We keep about 10 days posted.
3. If your Shopper ID is not listed in either the "To Do" List or the "Sent" List then contact us and do the following:
   1. Make sure you have added our email addresses psychicservices@oralin.com and service@oralin.com to your safe list to ensure delivery of our emails.
   2. CLICK HERE to see if a Customer Service Representative is online and if so tell them your Shopper ID and discuss the problem with them.
   3. If Online Customer Service is not available, please use the form below. Be sure to include your Shopper ID and give your email address again (in case there was a spelling mistake in the original order). Also include an alternate email address in case our emails are being prevented from being delivered to the email address you gave us. We will resend the reading to both addresses. There are problems sending to hotmail and yahoo accounts.
