A Bit About... Misty first noticed her abilities as a small child when she just knew things were going to happen before they did. She also had dreams that often came true. Her friends and family came to trust this knowledge and were very supportive of it. Her brothers tell a story about how they thought they would play a prank on her one night while she was sleeping. The house was very dark as everyone else was asleep. They were crawling quietly into Misty's room when they observed what appeared to be tiny lights chasing each other (sometimes at lightning speeds) around her room as she slept. Even at that age her Spirit Guides and other Spirit friends were communicating and watching over her. At age 21, there was a program on T.V. about similiar lights being photographed by paranormal experts. This caught her interest and she began to read all that she could on the paranormal and her abilities. She bought a deck of tarot cards and book so that she could teach herself to do readings. For several years she practiced exercises geared at developing the abilities that were naturally a part of her Being. These exercises also brought out and strengthened all of her psychic abilities - even those of which she was unaware. At the same time, she continued to read for friends and family. Finally, she had the opportunity to read for a complete stranger. This was a real eye opening experience as she was astounded that she was able to so accurately read this person that she knew nothing about. With this experience, she started reading for more people that were complete strangers to her. This led to her opening a metaphysical shop where she did readings, learned more through other psychics and continued to hone her abilities. After 15 years, she is still learning and honing those abilities. She uses clairaudience, clairvoyance, and clarsentience along with the tarot to do psychic readings which tap into the heart of a situation and offers support and guidance to help people along their spiritual path in life. How Misty Does Your Reading... "Before I start a reading, I do a visual cleansing / purification of myself and my home. I then say a prayer and ask for guidance concerning the person / reading that I am doing. I ask for information that will help you or is beneficial for you in your spiritual journey through life. If there is a specific question for the reading, I then ask that question. Sometimes some of the information I receive is not real clear. If this is the case, I will give you what I get and tell you that it is not real clear. I feel that this happens for a reason. Usually that reason is that it is not time for you to know that exact information and/or it involves a lesson and telling you that information may prevent you from experiencing something that was meant to be experienced. Our guides ALWAYS have our best interests in mind =D I use tarot cards as a tool, but the information I receive comes in different forms. It may be through the cards, visions, or hearing your / my guides."
